Let's begin

It's only been a year since I stated this blog, so I am thinking it's about time for my first post. Not a real good time because I am off to lead a bicycle group for 15 miles through The Villes, FL, something I do 3 times a week from September - May. Yesterday I did a 50k ride in preparation for the Sumter Landing Bicycle Club's 100k ride coming up on the 16th. It ook me 3 hours to complete the ride. I plan to lead a group of fellow retirees on the 16th ride, many of whom would not attempt the ride unless someone were leading it at the pace I ride.

Have to stop now and get ready for my ride.
